Our firm offers extensive in-depth knowledge and resources regarding all aspects of commercial and industrial real estate acquisition, management, development and sale. Brad worked in the commercial real estate department at Honigman Miller, and had considerable experience in the same discipline during his years with Simpson Moran.
That practice continues to this day. We assist clients with the management and operational challenges that arise during ownership of the developed property. In the past, clients have requested our services concerning leases and lease renewals, land usage disputes, regulatory requirements, and easements. Many of our clients lease their offices or facilities; we are thus able to approach such legal matters from the standpoint of either the owner or the tenant/occupant.
Homeowners frequently need assistance when buying and selling their houses. There are many legal challenges which arise when signing the Purchase Agreement, working with title matters, seller disclosure and inspections, and then signing the closing documents.
Once the residence is sold, the buyer may claim that the property was not in the condition disclosed on the seller disclosure statement. We have represented many buyers and sellers in such disputes.
Clients have increasingly turned to us for assistance in resolving issues and disputes pertaining to condominium and subdivision matters, which seem to be on the rise in recent years. We have helped clients achieve successful outcomes in such matters, frequently without being forced to resort to litigation.
